Ollie & Darsh have a beautiful dental practice in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. There were thousands of prospective customers within a 10-mile radius, with many high-rise and apartment blocks surrounding the practice. But, with hundreds of easily accessible dentists in and around Liverpool, the competition was stiff.

Despite being an established practice, we discovered that the existing patient database was not as strong as originally thought; recurring appointments were few and far between and there was no marketing funnel strategy in place for new or existing customers.

Resident North worked closely with O&D to optimise their website content and develop a regular influx of keyword-rich blog content to keep the clinic ranking highly for dentistry services in the Liverpool and wider Merseyside area.
